In-Kind Donation

In-kind donations of goods, materials or professional services to help support the Save Your Breath event is incredibly important and greatly appreciated. They allow us to keep overhead low and ensure that more of the money raised by participants goes directly to funding lung cancer research, education, advocacy and community support.

In-Kind Contributions Desired:

  • Printing, Signage & Advertising (billboards, newspaper, magazines, radio and TV)
  • Food & Beverages
  • Venue & Equipment Costs
  • Event Day Bags (preferably eco-friendly & reusable)
  • Items / products to include in the event day bags
  • Awards & Medals
  • Sound System
  • Music (DJ Services / Live Band)
  • Photography
  • Door Prizes

In-Kind Sponsor Benefits:

  • Company’s name in text only on the event t-shirts for contributions valued at $500.00 or more*
  • Company’s logo included on  event webpage with link to company’s webpage

Media In-Kind Sponsor Benefits:

  • Company’s logo on event day poster as Media/Radio Sponsor
  • Company’s logo on the event t-shirts*
  • Company’s logo included on printed event materials
  • Company’s logo included on event webpage with link to company’s webpage
  • Company’s banner displayed at events to be provided by company
  • Company mentioned on event social media page
  • Table space on event day

Volunteering

In this very busy world we live in, time is one of the most precious donations one can give us. We always need volunteers to help assist us at our events.

Some activities include:

  • registering participants on event day
  • handing out educational material
  • providing directions
  • setting up tables
  • cleaning space after an event
  • distributing posters and other information to help get the word out about our organization and events
